We dive into the wonderful world of sleep today with Dr Rachel Mascord and Emma Spencer. We cannot live without sleep yet some professions are taught to disregard it's importance. The consequences can be life threatening and the long term effects on the body are becoming so evident it is now a public health issue. Listen to Rachel, Emma and I work out why we are so good at distracting ourselves from going to bed and how we can turn that around. A truly AWESOME show which incredibly practical insights from the group.
Listen in as we discuss

  • Why is it important?
  • What gets in the way?
  • What is sleep hygiene and how can we get it?
  • What can we do to support ourselves to have a better relationship with our sleep routine?
