I am short of time this week so I thought I would ensure I got the interview up with Peter Foster from Lifeline...Enjoy and share. They run the program again later in the year so if you missed out on this course then plan for the next one.

The interview from last week with Jean Gamble fits very well with this audio and should give us all food for thought about the mess we can create when we do not take time to address the things that hurt us!!!  I know I have been much more aware since I did these two interviews!
