The combination of both Jessica and Nina really illustrated the whole body relationship between stress, anxiety, digestion and mood and how it is a whole body approach. There are some good tips to work on in the lead up to stressful times in our lives such as HSC, end of year exams, big sporting events or speaking in public - be that your class, school, office or conference.
