Today's show was a vital look at the abuse uncovered in the 4 Corners Australia's Shame episode which aired this week on the ABC Guests include Sally Neighbour, the executive Producer for 4 Corners, Jean Gamble who works as a psychotherapist in private practice, Dean Quirke currently working with individuals coming from disadvantaged backgrounds about anger and behaviour on primary prevention programs in schools
I am so honoured to have hosted this conversation with 2 very experienced workers in the domestic abuse field - Senior Constable Malcolm Baker and Peter Foster.
I hope you develop an understanding of abuse and our responsibility to all be part of the solution.
Todays' show was a revisit to an earlier show I did with Mount St Benedict students Future Problem Solving Team talking about the language used around Asylum Seekers and Refugees. Since seeing them they have been interviewed by UN Youth, they have presented their projected at the Beecroft Forum Dinner where they met Matt Tinkler CEO of Save the Children and Ben Doherty from the Guardian. They have so much to share and this interview gives a snapshot of their infectious passion. How do they keep their passion and do they have a self care routine to support themselves to maintain their dedication to advocacy?

Join me as I interview Dean Quirke a health and wellness educator.
